Welcome.

This website consists of an overview of my career, my credentials, and my experience. 

My consulting practice has included assisting organizations through organizational, program, and financial analysis; budget and proposal preparation; and interim management.  Before moving to southern Columbia County, New York,  I provided some level of consultation to more than 60 agencies in  New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County. Eighteen involved budgeting and 23 included financial analysis. Consultation with 10 agencies resulted in their receiving mental health licenses.  I had seven interim management engagements. 

Prior to consulting, I served fifteen years in the public sector, first as Deputy Director of Public Welfare in Ohio, then as Deputy Commissioner of Social Services in Westchester County New York and then, for ten years, as the Commissioner of Community Mental Health in Westchester County.
